Quality is everything

Our expectations regarding quality are high: we want to provide excellent services to our partners and customers. This is why  a quality management system – and regularly put it to the test was implemented in the Grenke group. As a result, GRENKE quality management has been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.


But we will not rest on our laurels. We will continue to improve our products and services. Since the day of our first audit on 10 July 1998, we have been committed to embedding a culture of quality within our organisation.

In connection with this certification, we are regularly audited by independent organisations. TÜV Management has rated GRENKE’s quality management system exemplary. Our senior managers also play an important role. They serve as role models, and motivate staff to provide the highest level of service at all times. Moreover, we continue to drive quality in staff-development workshops and other activities.


The Singaporean company is following the GRENKE Group standard of quality.
